Apple Protein Muffins

2 Cups 1 Minute Oatmeal Raw
2 Scoops Gentec Extreme Protein
1 Apple Cored and Pealed - Sliced
6 Egg Whites
3 Table Spoons of Sugar Free Raspberry Jam
1 Table Spoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Table Spoons Vanilla
2 Table Spoons All Spice
1 Table Spoon Cinnamon
1 Table Spoon Splenda

Blend Together. Makes 12 Muffins
Cook at 400 degrees 15-20 Minutes
